NEVER SAY "NO"

Ron sees opportunity in every project – regardless of size. Some of Ron’s best work has been for accounts with little to no budget. Great creative is the result of spending lots of time, not lots of money.
The word “no” isn’t even in his vocabulary.

A GAMBLE PAYS OFF

Ron took a couple years off from Clary Creative to take a chance when the Las Vegas agency MMDS opened an office in the Midwest. As the vp/cd Ron was given the task of building a creative department that could handle the growing Station Casino business. The offices were literally construction trailers on-site. Working as pioneers with make-shift equipment and facilities Ron directed his group to develop the launching materials for the mega-casinos in Kansas City and St. Louis, their multiple restaurants, entertainment venues and hotels.

DOODOO MAKES GREAT FERTILZER

Ron has made a career out of not backing off the tough assignments. While at Tracy Locke he was assigned to the small and unattractive Pepsi-Cola Bottler account. Ron dove into the assignment spending many late nights working to understand the accounts creative needs. As the account grew so did Ron’s responsibilities. Within a year the account became the agencies largest account billing over 125 million and Ron was promoted to vice president, group creative director. Three years later Ron was promoted to vice president, creative director of Tracy-Locke, Los Angeles.

GIVING BACK PAYS THE BEST

When not working on great ideas you can find Ron helping others either through coaching competitive fastpitch softball or enjoying time with his family. He also takes great pride in the marketing and design he has been doing for over 20 years for the Boy Scouts and Scouts BSA, Science Pioneers, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection.
